THE PLOT:
Four people, after the deposition of the Shah in Iran, living up to something unimaginable some time ago:
Isaac, jew, accused of being a spy, imprisoned, tortured, trying to stay shiny and confident thinking of the past and future hopes.
Farnaz, his wife, unable to react, but patient waiting, even when he discovers that he considered loyal and faithful domestic, the revolt against adopting the new logic of social injustice, incited by his son, a fanatic supporter the new system ..
Shirin still too small, but capable of a gesture so naive as risky, aimed at saving other people.
Finally Parviz, the eldest son, sent to study in America, where he knows the bitterness of exile and refugee. A family destroyed, as too often happens, from the madness of war.
